When and where are HOA meetings held?

Although the board meets at least quarterly and anyone can attend those meetings, we typically only have one meeting a year where we ask that all homeowners attend. That meeting is typically held in December at the library in Easley. Communication will go out to all homeowners prior to the meeting to confirm the date, time, and location of the meeting.

If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, you can fill out a proxy form to allow someone else to vote for you. Click here to submit your proxy electronically.

I need to replace my mailbox. Where can I find one that matches the other mailboxes in the neighborhood?

All houses in Rock Ridge are required to have the same mailbox to promote the harmony of the neighborhood. The mailboxes that are currently installed were originally purchased from Ace Hardware. You can find them online from Ace Hardware or Lowes. If you have difficulty finding the right mailbox, please contact the Board of Directors and they'll point you to the right location.

I want to buy a shed - what's allowed and what is the process for getting it approved?

As defined in the CCR, homeowners are allowed on shed at a size of 10'x10'x10' or smaller. Shed materials and colors must match those on the home - a plastic shed is not allowed. You must submit an Architectural Change Request form to the Board of Directors for approval (preferably before installing the shed). The board will then review and approve or deny the request based on whether or not it meets the requirements in the CCR and on the Architectural Change Request form. Failure to submit a request to the BOD may result in fines and/or the shed being removed at the homeowner's expense.

Can I park a trailer on my property or on the street?

Trailers may be parked in the garage, but they may not be parked within view on the property. Trailers may not be parked on the street. Special temporary exceptions are made for situations where the homeowner is moving, completing renovations, etc. Parking any vehicle or trailer on the grass is prohibited.
